This event, in partnership with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Palm Beach County, is part of an initiative called "Welcome Home" where Wells Fargo employees across the country work with local charities to impact the company foundation's funding priority, housing affordability. Throughout September, Wells Fargo employees will participate in volunteer events like this one in Delray Beach. In addition to human capital, Wells Fargo has committed significant philanthropic resources to help increase the supply of affordable homes and to support families in realizing the dream of homeownership. Families and individuals needing safe and affordable housing partner with Habitat for Humanity to build or improve a place they can call home. Habitat homeowners help build their own homes alongside volunteers and pay an affordable mortgage.
