A Message From Wellness with Susan
Wellness with Susan is dedicated to helping women and their families discover the underlying factors causing illness, disease or resistant weight loss and helping them design lifestyle strategies that fit their lifestyles so they can regain the health, energy and vitality they need to fully live the lives that they desire. Environment and stress are some of the significant root causes of illness and disease, so families who have no home to shelter them and keep them safe are at high risk for developing illnesses and diseases. Wellness with Susan wants to be a part of making sure families in our community have safe homes.

Families and individuals needing safe and affordable housing partner with Habitat for Humanity to build or improve a place they can call home. Habitat homeowners help build their own homes alongside volunteers and pay an affordable mortgage. Through financial support, volunteering, or adding a voice to support affordable housing, everyone can help families achieve the strength, stability, and self-reliance they need to build better lives for themselves.
