I’m so thrilled to be fund raising and participating in the building of another home this year with Habitat for Humanity’s Women Build !! This was such an amazing experience last year that I can’t wait to do it again ! Women’s Build is a national event that empowers women, across the country, to come together while fundraising and building homes for families in our community . Such a feeling of empowerment as we work along side local, hard working , low-income families with a hand up.....not a hand out. Together, building a safe , decent and affordable place they can call home. The Home Dedication ceremony was so touching and just another reason that drives me to work with Habitat again this year . All women builders are asked to raise a minimum of $1000 towards the construction efforts which I hope to exceed !!
