As a woman with a career in the construction industry, there couldn't be anything more wonderful than a women-powered team pitching in to help build a house for a deserving family to call home. If you can, please donate towards the much needed funds to build a home for a hard-working, low income family in our community who is in need of simple, decent, affordable housing. Anything helps! Everyone deserves a roof over their head, but these families have also earned it. Habitat for Humanity is not just a handout, it is a hand up for those who have been willing to put in the work for it. This process allows these families an opportunity to help others in the process of helping themselves to earn a spot in line for a new home of their own. Habitat provides them with the tools to succeed along with an affordable mortgage that they are taught how to manage.
