Habitat for Humanity of Greater Palm Beach County's WOMEN BUILD 2023 will take place on March 2 & 3, 2023, in partnership with two female-led families in Delray Beach, Florida.
Our WOMEN BUILD event provides the opportunity for women to take a proactive step in serving their communities. The mission of WOMEN BUILD is to engage women in the effort to provide safe and decent homes for families in need of affordable housing.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!!
We are recruiting volunteers to help us run this amazing event!
Volunteers will help with :
- Setting up tables, tents and women build decor
- Registration/ check-in
- Providing participants with name tags, wristbands, t-shirts, and swag bags
- Directing traffic and parking
- Handing out water/ snacks to women builders
- Setting up tables, chairs, and food for lunch
- Helping our habitat staff with breakdown and clean up
- and much more!
Shifts times for both days:
5:30 a.m.-7:30 a.m.- Set Up
6:30 a.m.- 2 p.m.- Registration
6:30 a.m.- 10 a.m.- Floater shift #1
10:30 a.m.-4 p.m.- Floater shift #2
