Veterans Build 2022 (NC)

In 2019 Habitat for Humanity of Palm Beach County proudly became a Veteran Build affiliate. Through this initiative we have committed to engage military service members, veterans, and their families in our mission of building homes, communities and hope.

Habitat PBC believes that every veteran deserves to be welcomed home with dignity, honor, and respect. We are dedicated to serving those who serve by providing homeownership opportunities in Palm Beach County in partnership with Wounded Veterans Relief Fund. All funds raised through this event will go to support Veteran connected home builds, repairs, and other initiatives.

Many military service members leaving the military have a hard time transitioning into civilian life. Not only are they faced with the challenges of their visible and unseen injuries, but they are also overwhelmed with trying to navigate their way into the civilian workforce and can experience financial difficulties when trying to provide for themselves and their families.

Habitat for Humanity of Palm Beach County is partnering with Wounded Veterans Relief Fund to help us build strength, stability and self-reliance through affordable housing for men and women who have served our country.
