Jacondria Woodson is the proud mother of 15 year old Chadyn, 10 year old Chanyn, and 5 year old Denver. Jacondrai works for the School District of Palm Beach County and also for the Boys and Girls Club. Jacondria was born and raised in Belle Glade and is excited to plant permanent roots in the community through homeownership.

Through financial support, volunteering, or adding a voice to support affordable housing, everyone can help families achieve the strength, stability, and self-reliance they need to build better lives for themselves.
